Good brands shouldn’t look this disconnected.
A designer makes the identity. Someone else shoots the product. A third person runs the ads. The website was built two years ago by somebody nobody can reach any more.
Then a customer sees all of it in one afternoon and quietly wonders whether it is the same company.
None of those people did bad work. There was just nobody holding the whole thing together — and somehow, the founder ends up holding it all together.

Craft before volume.
Ten brands that look exceptional beat thirty that look adequate. If we would be embarrassed to put the work in our portfolio, we should not be doing it for yours.
Numbers or it didn’t happen.
Pretty is not a performance metric. Every month reports what actually happened, including what didn’t — because a campaign that underperformed is still useful if you know why.
Say the hard thing.
Sometimes the problem is not the ads. It is the photography, or the pricing, or a website that looks like a different company. We say so before asking for more budget.
One team, one accountability.
You should not need five specialists who spend half their time explaining whose problem something is. One team, looking at the same brand, fixing the actual issue.
